Notice of Covid19 Cleaning and Sanitizing

As a response to the outbreak of COVID-19 in our communities, we are responding in a positive way to help our customers fight and succeed to defeat the COVID-19 virus.  Here is what we are doing for you!

We are using COVID-19 approved disinfectant Swish Quato in all common areas of buildings each cleaning day and we are disinfecting all common touch surfaces.  This includes the elevators, common rooms, bathrooms, handrails in stairways, mailbox fronts, entry door handles into the main entry areas as well as door handles entering the corridors. Our time is concentrated on disinfecting first and our regular cleaning second.

We are committed to working along with Federal approved products and recommendations to flatten the curve of the virus.  You can help as well!  Please take personal and family precautions including physical distancing to be safe, regular and frequent hand washing for a minimum of 20 seconds and stay home if you feel unwell.
